3-Pass Loop - Stage 1 - Valloire - Bonnenuit / Aiguilles d'Arves Mountain Hut

This hike will take you to the Aiguilles d'Arves mountain hut. Along the way, you're sure to enjoy the sounds of marmots and the sight of birds of prey and vultures soaring overhead. All of this in the heart of a majestic landscape.

The Aiguilles d'Arves mountain hut is located at an elevation of 2,260 meters and can accommodate up to 39 people.

This hike allows you to discover magnificent flora and fauna and offers a relatively short first leg to start the trek.
You may spot chamois and marmots.

Start from the parking lot below the Bonnenuit altiport (D902).
1/ Take the trail through the forest that leads to the Chalets des Aiguilles d'Arves.
2/ Continue to the mountain hut (elevation 2,260 m). There is a dizzying section at the “Mauvais pas,” just before reaching the mountain hut.
