International snow sculpture contest

Discover the 42nd edition of the International Snow Sculpture Competition! Attend this internationally renowned event!
It's amazing to discover how simple blocks of snow can be transformed into monumental sculptures.

Working in teams of 3, the artists will create diverse works of colossal dimensions.
For spectators, admiring such imposing, detailed sculptures in a winter setting provides a unique form of entertainment, suited to the cold season.
A breathtaking competition, unique in France, not to be missed!
The site is accessible to all, right in the heart of Valloire, on the Avenue de la Vallee d'or, in an area reserved for pedestrians.

You can watch and cheer on the sculptors all day and all night.

Friday JANUARY 23 - END OF COMPETITION (indicative program)
12pm: End of Competition - Jury passes - Deliberation
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Voting for the Audience and Young Audience prizes
5:30 p.m.: Awards ceremony for the National and International Competitions, followed by a fireworks display.
