Structural, tendinomuscular, visceral and cranial osteopathy.

Recognized as a manual therapy, osteopathy aims to maintain or improve the mobility of the body's various structures. Both preventive and curative, it is based on the fact that a loss of mobility of tissues in relation to one another leads to dysfunctions in the body.

An osteopathic session lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour, and enables the practitioner to release tension and allow the body to free itself from pain and tension.

Several sessions may be necessary to restore the body's full capacity for movement.

As a preventive measure, one or two consultations a year (depending on your level of physical activity) are recommended.

Practice located at the Maison de santé Ambroise Croizat in Saint Michel de Maurienne, with PMR accessibility and WC.
