Lac Vert

Easy ride. The green lake offers panoramic views over the entire Valmeinier valley. The path is marked all along, just follow the direction of the green lake from the resort front de neige at 1800!

Follow the "Lac Vert" signs.

From the snow front, take the footbridge over the road then follow the "Chenalette" by the "Déserts d'en haut".

At the "Chenalette" follow the "Lac Vert" by the "Ordière", "Mathoset" and then the "Portete".
Return by the same route or loop via "Coterieux" (From "Lac Vert" take the "Coterieux" path on the right upstream from the lake, then Mathoset via "sur le planay", about 20 minutes more).
