Bonnenuit - Mountain bike / ATV routes

Nice route frequently in the forest and along the river. Cross several typical hamlets including that of Bonnenuit, nestled at the foot of the Grand Galibier.

You'll start your ride at the "Vita-Vittel" health trail, where you'll find the Valloirette Bike Park. On the way to the hamlet of Bonnenuit, you'll pass through several typical hamlets, admire the straw and hay sculptures, stock up on cheese at the Etroits farm or dine at the La Poutre restaurant.

The summer map of pedestrian, downhill mountain bike and VTTAE routes is available free of charge from the tourist office and lift ticket offices.

Departure : Tourist Office

1/ Go up the rue des Grandes Alpes towards the hamlet of Les Verneys.

2/ After crossing the bridge, walk alongside the parking lot to take the footbridge on your left and cross the river.

3/ Walk up the fitness trail past the riding school to the Verneys chairlift.

4/ Keep following the path along the Valloirette, then at the crossroads with the Galibier road, cross it to join the path that continues along the river.

5/ Once you've reached the Rivine caravan park, rejoin the road to climb up to the hamlet of Bonnenuit.

6/ At the Bonnenuit barrier, turn left onto a track and drive through the hamlet.

7/ Return to the road to return to the hamlet of Les Verneys.

8/ Return to Valloire by following the road or the itinerary.
