Focusing on the quality of the welcome and the products on offer are the 2 priorities I have set myself to give this establishment a unique and warm personality.
My proposal is based on a traditional but revisited cuisine, with an emphasis on the use of local produce.
The possibility of going into the cellar to choose your wine and the conversion of the mezzanine into a lounge will contribute to the creation of a convivial atmosphere.
What's more, the possibility of PRIVATIZING the restaurant will provide customers with the attention and comfort they need to reinforce the feeling of being "at home".
