La Ferme du Fardelier

In Beaune, on the outskirts of St Michel de Maurienne, Amandine and Léonard Mousset Costerg raise 90 organic dairy ewes (Thônes and Marthod breeds).

They produce ewe's milk cheeses and yoghurts from April to September. During this production period, the products are on sale: - at the St Michel de Maurienne market on Friday mornings - at the farm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 5pm to 6pm. - at the Maurienne Galibier tourist office's local produce dispenser - in organic stores (Biocoop in Modane, St Jean de Maurienne, Albertville, Sévrier and Moutiers)
