Honey - Florian Ratel

Beekeeper in the Maurienne valley, based in the commune of Saint Martin La Porte. Mountain honey, Spring honey, Forest honey.

Initiated by my two grandfathers, I discovered the fascinating world of bees at an early age. Today, I have around 300 colonies in various locations. Depending on the season, the bees travel around the valley, wintering in the lower valley where the climate is less harsh. In the summer months, the hives rise in altitude and follow the different flowering seasons, each offering a unique honey.
