Make the most of your holiday to breathe, get active and recharge. This summer, qualified sports coach Théo offers fitness, physical training or tennis sessions tailored to all abilities.

Join Théo, a qualified sports coach, from Sunday to Friday, 5 July to 9 August, for fitness or tennis sessions at the multi-sports court and Orelle tennis court.

Enjoy the cool summer evenings thanks to the floodlit facilities. Tennis rackets are available free of charge.

Schedule:

6:30 pm – 7:30 pm: youth
7:30 pm – 8:30 pm: youth
8:30 pm – 9:30 pm: adults

€28 per hour: private lesson
€14 per hour per person: 2 participants
€9 per hour per person: 3 participants
€7 per hour per person: 4 participants
