Outdoor yoga
The class begins with a guided meditation to bring you back into breath awareness.
This is followed by sun salutations (coordination of breath and body movement), then standing, sitting and inversion postures.
The course concludes with Pranayama (breath control) on simple exercises.
We explore notions of anchoring and unfolding through postural practice. Breath, breathing, body and movement remain the central axes of our practice.
